1. Return, Refund and Exchange Conditions


With our “60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Your Money Back” promotion, you have 60 days from the date of receipt of the product to return it or request an exchange if you are not fully satisfied.


Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging, labels attached, and without signs of use or damage.


In accordance with Italian and European regulations (Article 57 of the Consumer Code and related EU regulations), consumers have the right to return a product if they are not satisfied, provided that the item is in the same condition as when received. However, in the case of opening or use, the product will no longer be considered in its original condition if the security seals have been removed.

 


 

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund, which will be processed immediately, at no additional cost and without the need to return the item.

 


 

3. Return Costs and Responsibility


In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


We are not responsible for any loss of the return package during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.


The refund or shipment of a replacement item will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged.
