Cancellation policy

Some products available in our store may be purchased as recurring subscriptions, pre-orders, or under a “try before you buy” model. This policy explains how such orders may be modified or cancelled, in accordance with applicable regulations (Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, and EU Regulation 2018/302).

 

 

 

Subscriptions

 


When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the frequency selected (for example, every 30 or 60 days). Your payment details will be stored securely and used for each automatic renewal.


 

Minimum Commitment

 

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles (i.e., three deliveries).


You may cancel the subscription only after the third charge has been successfully processed. Cancellation can be completed independently via the link provided in your order confirmation emails or by contacting our customer support.


 

Cancellation

 

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time after the third charge. To do so, use the link included in your order confirmation email or contact our customer service team.

 

 

 

Right of Withdrawal (First Order Only)

 


Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the first order only, provided that the product has not been used and is returned intact.


The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not cancel the minimum contractual commitment, but allows for a refund of the first order only, provided it meets the return conditions.

 

 

 

Pre-Orders

 


Pre-orders are advance purchases of items that are not currently in stock. We may require full or partial payment at checkout.


 

Cancellation

 

You may cancel a pre-order until the order has been fulfilled.


Once shipped, the pre-order will be subject to the general return and withdrawal rules (Article 52 and following of the Consumer Code).

 

 

 

Try Before You Buy

 


Under this option, your payment method will be authorized at the time of order, but the actual charge will occur only after the trial period specified on the product page.


If you do not return the product within the trial period, the authorized amount will be automatically charged.
